Let's get into some exclusive questions...
STANDISH: You played "Javi" in Showtime's "Yellowjackets", can you tell us more?
Yes! I played Travis’s little brother Javi for the first two season of Yellowjackets. Javi was a challenge as it was my first time having a bigger role and a lot more lines to say. Especially towards the second season, where a scarred Javi was non-verbal for most of it.. But all in all it was an amazing experience, I learnt a lot from my time as Javi and made friends I still keep in contact with.
STANDISH: How'd you land your "Yellowjackets" role?
I got the details through my agent and I just sent in the tape. I never really thought much of it, until a couple months later I heard back from Yellowjackets. I count myself lucky that I lived in the same place it was shot, and I’m really grateful for the things I learnt on that set.
STANDISH: If you could play any role in "Yellowjackets", which would it be? Why?
Hmmm, probably coach Ben. I think he has a pretty interesting story, and it would definitely be a first to act as someone with one leg haha.
STANDISH: You played Nicholas in Peacock's "Teacup", did you ever wear the mask yourself?
Nooo, I never did. I only ever saw the prop on-set and I don’t really think hair and makeup department would be too happy with my wearing it lol. But to be honest it was really hot during some of the days we were filming, so I think the mask would just amplify the heat.
STANDISH: What are you currently working on?
I’m currently working on myself…. Lol, on a real note I’m focusing on my studies and trying to learn more about myself and the behind the scenes of the industry at the moment. There are some projects I might be tied with, but I’d have to wait a bit more time to say for certain though!
STANDISH: Who are your mentors?
Kevin Alves, the actor who plays my brother in Yellowjackets. Has been a great mentor, I’ve learnt a lot from him and he’s one of my close friends to this day. I look up to a lot of the great actors of today’s age, and can’t help but feel amazed when seeing some of the work they do. There’s too many to name.
STANDISH: Do you have a dream acting role?
Yes! I’d love to do something involving boxing or martial arts. It’s one of my biggest hobbies and I actually practiced boxing for 4-ish years when I was a little younger. I’ve also always wanted to be a vampire, sooo a vampire role would be cool as-well haha.

1: Meet a Giraffe
