"CRAIG DOWSETT"!
Let's get into some exclusive questions...
STANDISH: You played "Winnie The Pooh" in "Winnie The Pooh: Blood & Honey", tell us how you landed that role? How long did it take to shoot?
CRAIG: Having worked with Jagged Edge Productions before on a previous movie, they then offered me the role of winnie the pooh as my height and build met what they were looking for on screen.
The original shoot was just 10 days, but after the first images went viral and the internet broke we then went back for a further 4 days to do some pick up shots and an alternate ending.
STANDISH: Tell us a little about your overall mission, Craig -
CRAIG: Being a huge horror fan myself my mission in the film was to bring the once kind and loveable character into the horror universe with a bang!
And in the future i would love to keep playing these masked killers, as i now find this to be my screen type going forward.
STANDISH: With landing the "Winnie The Pooh" role, would you say that it's opened new doors for you?
CRAIG: It's certainly been a wild ride so far, a few opportunities have come my way since, but mainly in the comic con world. I have been touring the US and UK meeting all the fans which i really enjoy.
STANDISH: How does it feel to be an inspiration in the Horror world?
CRAIG: I am truly honoured and humbled that people find me an inspiration in the horror world, i am very glad my performance gave the world something unique and different to see and to show what could be possible in the horror universe.
STANDISH: What can we look forward to in the future from you?
CRAIG: I have a few projects that i am working on currently so its very exciting times right now. I had a small role in a film called The House That Zombies Built which it set to release early next year so keep a look out for that.
And hopefully in the future you will see me behind the mask of another iconic character.
STANDISH: Where do you see yourself in 5 years from now?
CRAIG: Hopefully if i can land more amazing film roles in time i would love to be an established horror icon giving the fans more screams and enjoyment from my work.
STANDISH: What horror character would you like to play?
CRAIG: Jason Voorhees for sure!
STANDISH: Anything you'd like to include?
